What is happening
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall from the
past weekend continues.
* WHERE...Southwestern Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding of the Greene Wash in Southeast Pinal
County and in Chuichu area of the Tohono O'oodham Nation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 830 PM MST, gauge reports indicated stage height 4.71 feet in
the Greene Wash at Sunland Gin Road. This flow will continue and
lower in stage height work downstream tonight towards Chuichu.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chui-Chu and Shopishk.
- This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
Sunland Gin Rd at Greene Wash and Sasco Rd at Santa Cruz Wash.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
